To make use of the online interactive help there, it is necessary to register as a forum member. Registration on this site does not automatically register you on that forum, as it is a seperate service.
On the Allgunstuff Community Forum, in the Reloading section, there is a message board titled "The Reloading Data Management Portal".

You may post any question, query or suggestion on that message board, and this system administrator, or other forum members will respond to you via that forum. Responses to any submission will be within one 24 hour period.
That message board will serve as a searchable common knowledge repository, in addition to the Help pages provided here.
